Sáng ngày 10/7/2026, Khoa Đại cương phối hợp cùng Phòng Quản lý Khoa học và Hợp tác quốc tế, Trường Đại học Kinh tế - Kỹ thuật Bình Dương (BETU) đã tổ chức hội thảo "BETU–CTU 2026 Academic Exchange on Innovative English Language Education and Intercultural Experience" (Đổi mới Giáo dục Ngôn ngữ Anh và Trải nghiệm giao lưu liên văn hóa).

Các chuyên đề của hội thảo đã mang đến nhiều nội dung thiết thực, tập trung vào vấn đề nâng cao năng lực tiếng Anh, tháo gỡ những rào cản trong quá trình học ngoại ngữ và ứng dụng công nghệ trong giáo dục hiện đại.
Chương trình giao lưu văn hóa sinh viên BETU và CTU
Bên cạnh hoạt động học thuật, chương trình còn mang đến nhiều trải nghiệm giao lưu văn hóa đặc sắc giữa sinh viên BETU và CTU thông qua các hoạt động như: nhảy sạp, trải nghiệm mặc cổ phục truyền thống, thưởng thức cà phê Việt và nhận những món quà lưu niệm mang đậm bản sắc văn hóa Việt Nam.

Seminar BETU – CTU 2026 không chỉ góp phần thắt chặt mối quan hệ hợp tác giữa hai trường mà còn tạo môi trường để giảng viên, sinh viên trao đổi học thuật, phát triển kỹ năng nghiên cứu khoa học, nâng cao năng lực ngoại ngữ, mở rộng hiểu biết văn hóa và sẵn sàng hội nhập trong môi trường giáo dục quốc tế.

On July 10, 2026, the General Faculty, in collaboration with the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation at Binh Duong Economics and Technology University (BETU), successfully organized the seminar entitled "BETU – CTU 2026 Academic Exchange on Undergraduate Research Skills Development and Intercultural Experience".
The seminar was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phung Thai Minh Trang, Vice President of Binh Duong Economics and Technology University, together with leaders and members from various departments, faculties and centers, and a large number of BETU students. Representing Cebu Technological University (CTU), Philippines, the delegation included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Collin Cejas Garrido, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Angen May Fabro-Charcos, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adelliosa G. Menchavez.
The seminar sessions provided participants with a wide range of practical and insightful content, focusing on enhancing English language proficiency, addressing barriers to foreign language learning, and exploring the application of technology in contemporary education.
In addition to the academic activities, the program offered a variety of enriching intercultural experiences for students from BETU and CTU through traditional Vietnamese bamboo pole dancing, the opportunity to experience Vietnamese traditional costumes, the tasting of authentic Vietnamese coffee, and receiving of souvenirs that reflect the rich cultural identity of Vietnam.
The BETU–CTU 2026 Seminar not only strengthened the collaborative partnership between the two universities but also provided an academic platform for faculty lecturers and students to exchange knowledge, develop undergraduate research skills, enhance English language competence, broaden intercultural understanding, and strengthen their readiness for integration in international education.
